No Legal, Medical, or Financial Advice

We do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. All information shared by our team or materials is for informational purposes only. Clients should consult licensed professionals for legal, medical, or financial matters.

Scope of Services

We assist clients with organizing and preparing IHSS documentation, coordinating communication with the county, and offering guidance throughout the initial application and reassessment processes. We do not guarantee approval, submit forms directly to IHSS without written authorization, or act as a legal representative.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or number of hours under the IHSS program. Final determinations are made solely by the county IHSS office.

Fees

We charge a one-time flat fee after completing the service. All fees are clearly explained before service begins, and payment is due only once the service has been completed.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party unless required by law or authorized by the client.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to cooperate or communicate. If a client cancels the agreement after services have begun, they may be responsible for reasonable fees for work completed up to that point.

Modifications

Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
